To display the availability calendar and enable direct booking, we integrate the booking system of our service provider Smoobu GmbH, Ritterstraße 12, 10969 Berlin. When you submit a booking request through this system, the data you enter (name, contact details, arrival/departure dates, number of guests) is transmitted to and processed by Smoobu in order to carry out your booking. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures.
